We depend on the generous donation of time, skill and funding from individuals and organizations. Our partnerships with organizations are integral to the success of our programs and operations.

You can help sustain CSP programs with your membership or direct donation. By contributing to CSP, you help fund programs that directly support working artists – society’s catalysts for change. These programs provide resources for contemporary artists to thrive, opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration, and advancement in the field of contemporary printmaking.

Non-juried Membership Categories

Friend membership
For everyone who wishes to support the California Society of Printmakers and connect with our community of printmakers and printmaking supporters. Benefits include a copy of each year’sThe California Printmaker, CSP’s annual journal, invitations to exhibitions, and eligible to participate in all special events.
Annual Friend memberships dues: $60.

Institutional membership
For public, non-profit, and educational organizations. Institutional members receive above Friend Membership benefits, plus a logo and link with a descriptive paragraph on the CSP website, and logo in the Membership Directory.
Annual Institutional membership dues: $75.

Business Level Memberships
Four tiered levels with Annual Dues starting at $125
Business members receives above Institutional Membership benefits plus advertisement in The California Printmaker, CSP’s annual journal; and opportunities to market supplies and/or services to CSP members.

All Business Memberships include:  your logo and link on CSP website, your logo in the CSP Membership Directory, your Advertisement in The California Printmaker, CSP’s annual journal; and opportunities to market supplies and/or services to CSP members. Instructions for logo and advertising files will be sent upon payment.

  • Gold Ink level, $550
    The California Printmaker, full page color ad: 9-1/2″ h x  7″ w
  • Silver Ink level, $400
    The California Printmaker, half page color ad: 4-3/8″ h  x 7″ w
  • Red Ink level, $250
    The California Printmaker, quarter page color ad: 4-3/8″ h  x 3-1/4″ w  
  • Black Ink level, $125
    The California Printmaker, black and white classified listing with or without logo

Purchase your Business membership before November 15 to have your information included in the next edition of The California Printmaker.

By donating to CSP, you help fund programs that directly support working artists-society’s catalysts for change. These programs provide resources for contemporary artists to thrive, opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration, and advancement in the field of contemporary printmaking.

Artists are encouraged to jury in as Artist members. This allows for full participation in Society benefits: Artist & Student Benefits & Application.


Membership dues and financial contributions are tax deductible within the rules of the IRS. 501(c)(3) non-profit: #94-3041475.

CSP is completely run by member volunteers and supported by donations and membership fees. 100% of all donations go directly to support programs, events and artist opportunities.
