Human – a collection of moments–seen, sent, and left behind.

In this exhibition, we explore the essence of humanness—not necessarily through traditional portraiture, but through fragments, impressions, and echoes of human presence. Join us in exploring work that bears proof of life, reflecting human struggle, resilience, or touch—whether through texture, abstract marks, man-made structures, personal objects, or a fading trail in the wilderness. These imprints, both literal and metaphorical, form the stories that weave through the exhibition, each piece leading the viewer into another. HUMAN is a collection of moments—seen, felt, and left behind.

This exhibition is a collaboration between ACCI Gallery and the California Society of Printmakers.

The mission of Arts & Crafts Cooperative, Inc. (ACCI) is to provide a showcase for emerging and established artists to display and sell their artwork, while building community among artists, members, and patrons alike. ACCI Gallery is a dynamic member-based community of artisans, artists, and art patrons located in the heart of North Berkeley’s Gourmet District. Initially conceived by a small group of artists and craftspeople in the mid-1950s, the original Arts and Crafts Cooperative was incorporated in 1959 and moved to its current location a year later. ACCI purchased the beautiful brick building that houses the gallery in 1976. ACCI celebrated its 65th year of operation in 2024, making it the oldest Arts and Crafts co-op west of the Mississippi.
