Only Artist-Members of the California Society of Printmakers (CSP) may enter these shows.  Plese read the instructions for entering CSP shows on the bottom of this page and/or download the prospectus.

2) Gallery will NOT accept shipped work, however we will have an alternate shipping address(see below)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING SHOWS
 
Information on every CSP-sponsored show will be posted on thispage with a link to the prospectus.  Download the prospectus (pdf) by clicking on the colored link.  If the propectus is for a juriedshow, an SASE should be included for notification of acceptance.

ONLY CSP ARTIST MEMBERS MAY APPLY TO BE IN CSP SPONSORED SHOWS.Members whose membership has lapsed within the past 3 years may rejoinby including a check for the current year's dues ($50) with their entryform.  Non-members interested in becoming artist members of the CSPshould look at the Artist Membership page.
 
SOME CSP JURIED SHOWS DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPPED WORK.  PLEASE CHECK THE PROSPECTUS CAREFULLY. SHIPPED WORK IS ALWAYS ACCEPTED IN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SHOWS (UNJURIED).  THERE ARE SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
 
 
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS 
 
International members who are shipping work fromoutside the United States may send unframed work to CSP annualmembership shows.  There will be a special deadline forreceipt of international members' work. Unframed work should be send tothe CSP PO Box in San Francisco. A prepaid, self-addressed returnshipping label must be included, unless the work is being donated in lieu of annual dues.   International members must fill out and return the prospectus.   Except for framing, international entries must comply with all requirements for the membership shows.The exemption from framing does not applyto juried shows.
 
 
JPG IMAGE GUIDELINES
 
IMAGES: A CD of JPG images of submitted work will be required for alljuried shows.  For members' shows, which are not juried, jpg images arenot required.  However, members are requested to send jpg images forpossible use for invitation postcards and for publicity.  When sendingjpg images, please comply with the following guidelines.

Jpgs must be 300 dpi, 4”x6”maximum.  The file name should be yourfirst initial & last name (jdoe.jpg).   The image should be shotagainst a solid background that is white, black or neutral. Make sureyour image is squared to the picture plane. Physically write your name, phonenumber, and image title directly on the CD.

Include a separate info sheet that contains a visual copy of theimage (a thumbnail or sketch will do) indicating the TOP of the image,and print or type the following: your name, phone #, email address,title of work, copyright date, photo credit (the artist if youphotographed it yourself), medium, size, and 3 – 4 short, clearsentences about the work.  Remember, images that are graphically strongand have high contrast values reproduce best for publicity purposes.
