ENTRY FEE: $5.00 per work submitted.
VENUE: Martin Wong Gallery, San Francisco State University
THEME: There is no theme for this exhibition. Lothar Osterburg will select prints from current CSP members.
April 1, 2019: Entry deadline.
April 7th, 2019: Notification of juror’s results posted on CSP email listserv.
April 21, 2019: All shipped work must be received (location TBA)
April 22, 2019: Artwork Drop-off: Noon-3pm at the Martin Wong Gallery

April 27th, 2019: Exhibit reception. Time is TBA (sometime during the annual meeting).
April 27th 2019: Pick up artwork from Martin Wong Gallery AFTER 4pm.
April 28th 2019: Additional day to pick up artwork from Martin Wong Gallery, noon – 2pm

Artwork must be received by Sunday, April 21st. Work received after the deadline will not be included in the exhibition.
ENTRIES: Current CSP members may enter a maximum of (2) artworks. If you submit more than one artwork, you must fill out an entirely new entry form and pay a separate $5 entry fee for each submission. Entries must be submitted with
REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTWORK:
1. Both 2-D and 3-D works (including: sculpture, and artist books) are acceptable. Framed, wall hung work may not exceed 36” in any dimension. 3-D work (work not wall hung) may not exceed 18”H x 18”D x 18”W (surface space needed for display).
2. All printmaking media, with the exception of works that are solely digital, are acceptable. Works may combine hand pulled printmaking techniques with digital or other media.
4. Framing: artwork is preferably framed, however framing is not a requirement. Unframed work will be hung using pins or magnets.
5. Year created: Artwork completed in the last five years.
INSURANCE: Work is not insured by the gallery. Extreme care will be taken in the handling of all artwork, however the work will not be insured in the case of loss or damage by the gallery or by CSP. Artists who wish to insure their work are responsible for purchasing their own insurance for the duration of the exhibition and/or during shipping.
Work must be packed well and shipped in a sturdy, reusable container. Artists must include a prepaid Fedex or UPS return shipping label.
Artwork should be received by April 21st. Work that arrives after April 21 may not be included in the exhibition.
