ABOUT THE JUROR:
Liz Chalfin is founding director of Zea Mays Printmaking in Massachusetts.
Chalfin has researched on safe and non-toxic printmaking methods and she has lectured and presented demonstrations nationally and internationally at colleges, universities and organizations through workshops, mentoring, internships, artist residencies, exhibitions and collaborations. She has exhibited her artwork that includes etchings, monotypes, collagraphs, screenprints and mixed media in the U.S. and Ireland, England, India, Portugal, New Zealand and Cuba. Her work is in permanent collections including the Portland Museum of Art in Maine, Yale University, Museo Internacional de Gravura in Portugal, San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts in Havana, Cuba and the Boston Public Library.

ENTRIES: Artists may enter a maximum of (3) three artworks. Entries must be submitted with
REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTWORK:
1. Both 2-D and 3-D works (including: sculpture, and artist books) are acceptable. Framed, wall hung work may not exceed 36” in any dimension. 3-D work (work not wall hung) may not exceed 18”H x 18”D x 60”W (surface space needed for display).
2. All printmaking media, with the exception of works that are solely digital, are acceptable. Works may combine traditional printmaking techniques with digital other media.
4. Framing: artwork should be framed, displayed professionally and ready to hang. Color choice of mat and frame is subject to the artist’s discretion.
5. Year created: Art work completed in the last two years.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Work must be packed well and shipped in a sturdy, reusable container. Please include prepaid return postage or shipping label.
